Mark came to my home address today to fix my resr windscreen, absolutely fantastic service, mark phoned me the day before to give me a time slot the following day, so I didn’t have to wait in all day turned up on time and did the job quickly efficiently and even tidied up after himself 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend this firm

We were directed by our insurers to a Nationwide Windscreen company they recommended. This company could not fit in the job for two weeks + it would need to be taken to their place of work 6 miles away. Northern Car Glass did the job the next day at my place of work. No fuss and very professional job.

Can’t recommend this company highly enough. After I inadvertently locked my small grandchild in my car today, the window had to be broken by the fire service. Mark at Northern Car Glass got back to me straight away with a very reasonable quote for supply and fitting (no hidden costs) and arrived less than a couple of hours after my request for info. He came to the house and did a fantastic job, cleaning up the broken glass from the previous window and making it safe. They were extremely professional and payment was made by me via bank transfer at the end of the work and a receipt sent to me the same day. It took the stress out if a stressful situation. Would definitely recommend this company 100% Quick, reasonable , Professional & honest.

Top service,went to this firm after autoglass said 14 days to replace a rear windscreen which had completely caved in,spoke with Mark,ordered and had new windscreen fitted all within 20 hrs great service and you get exactly what you are promised,would definitely recommend

Fantastic service and price. Given a 2 hour time slot, and was called before the time slot an ETA. Arrived on time, did a great job. Hopefully I won't need a car window replacing in the future, but if I do I will definitely use Northern Car Glass. Highly recommended

Quick & Easy! Called Mark about my 6 series - unfortunately having suffered a deep crack from gravel thrown off by another moving vehicle on the motorway. 2 days later, early morning, an hour and a half, professionally performed with the right equipment, and my windscreen is brand new (heads up display, rain light sensor, lane departure camera) Thanks again for the professional job & brilliant customer service throughout. 5 stars for sure!

Very satisfied, highly recommended. Very professional from start to finish. Got back within five minutes after asking for a quote on line for a new windscreen with a very reasonsble price, booked the apointment that was within a few days. Messaged me the day before to confirm and then messaged to say he could come earlier than planned. Arrived bang on time and job done within an hour to a high standard. Looks as good as new, can't thank him enough for the high quality service and work.

Can not reccomend Mark enough, after being given wrong information at Audi and them trying to get me to buy a new windscreen, Mark came out and within 5 minutes had sorted an issue that had bugged me for years! I Really genuine bloke who knows his job inside out.
