See our Frequently Asked Questions below, for answers to some of your most common queries.

Q: Will you come to my home or work?
A: Yes, we will go anywhere that is located on our web site map.

Q: What about payment?
A: Cash,card or bank transfer.

Q: Will I lose my ‘no claims’ bonus if I go through my insurance?
A: No, if you have fully comprehensive insurance you will not normally lose your ‘no claims’ bonus, however this will affect your yearly premiums and we advise getting a quote first.

Q: What service levels can I expect?
A: Weather you pay cash, card or bank transfer we provide all our customers with glass repair and replacement cover at home or work. Our national branch network carries massive glass stocks to ensure immediate response and our mobile service allows us to make arrangements that suit your needs.

Q: Will you remove all broken glass?
A: Yes, all our vans have on board electrics so vacuum removal of all broken glass will be removed, leaving your car clean and tidy.

Q: Will my glass be guaranteed?
A: Yes, all glass fitted by us carries a year’s warranty. If there was a problem with our work it would become apparent well within the first year.

Q: Can I drive my vehicle straight after my glass is replaced?
A: To ensure the safety of you and your passengers the windscreen has to be properly bonded to the vehicle and sufficiently cured before you drive away, otherwise heavy braking, bumpy driving or vibration could cause the screen to leak or dislodge and not fit properly. If a non-bonded piece of glass if fitted e.g. door glass, you can drive it straight away.
Our fitter will advise you on the safe drive away times when he’s with you.
